IRMC Kyrgyzstan–America Reproductive Medicine Center is located in the prestigious residential district of Bishkek. Laboratory specifications, equipment and quality-control processes are built to U.S. standards, sharing assisted-reproduction protocols.
Building on advanced U.S. assisted-reproduction technology, IRMC established this high-standard reproductive center in an upscale residential district of Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. This is not a converted clinic, but a space planned to embryology laboratory standards from the blueprint stage onward.
We believe the experience of assisted reproduction is made of countless details: the particle count in the air, a 0.1℃ fluctuation inside the incubator, one more double-check at sample handover. Only when these details are handled properly can the treatment protocol truly deliver.
Class-100 laminar-flow workstations with HEPA filtration and pressure-differential zoning.
Consultation, accompaniment, interpretation and accommodation arranged in one place.
We prefer to write our standards into our processes rather than into slogans. All six items below can be inspected on site during a visit.
Class-100 laminar-flow clean workstations, HEPA filtration and pressure-differential design, low-oxygen tri-gas incubators, and time-lapse imaging for undisturbed culture.
Written double verification at every step — retrieval, fertilization, biopsy, freezing — combined with barcode management, so every action in the process is recorded and traceable.
An experienced reproductive medicine team evaluates each case and develops individualized stimulation and transfer strategies based on test results and personal circumstances.
Chinese-speaking coordinators cover initial consultation, in-clinic communication, travel and accommodation, and follow-up after returning home, staying in touch via phone throughout.
The cycle is completed in two trips, with a detailed schedule provided before departure; all arrangements and cost components are confirmed in advance to minimize last-minute changes.
Medical records are managed with tiered access authorization; samples are stored under independent numbering, and no personal medical information is disclosed to third parties without authorization.
Built around two main lines — fertility preservation and assisted reproduction — covering the full path from initial assessment to follow-up.
Blastocyst culture with preimplantation genetic testing, suitable for advanced maternal age, recurrent miscarriage and chromosomal abnormality carriers.
Service 02Deep-frozen in a liquid-nitrogen vapor system after processing, suitable for fertility preservation and backup samples for a cycle.
Service 03Gentle stimulation, maturity assessment under microscopy and vitrification, preserving more options for the future.
Service 04PGT testing, embryo freezing and thawing, and fertility preservation programs run in coordination.
Third-generation IVF, sperm freezing and egg freezing — each service has its own operating protocol and follow-up arrangement.
Fertilization and embryo culture are completed in vitro, with genetic testing performed before transfer to select chromosomally normal embryos. Protocols are jointly assessed by reproductive specialists in both China and the U.S. throughout. …
Processed sperm is stored long-term in liquid nitrogen at -196℃. Suitable for men planning to delay fatherhood, those who must undergo cancer treatment first, or those unable to be present on the day of egg retrieval. …
Mature oocytes are retrieved after ovulation induction and stored in liquid nitrogen following vitrification, preserving the possibility of thawing, fertilization and transfer later. Generally, the younger the woman, the better the egg quality. …
From initial assessment to follow-up after returning home, we clarify the timing of each step in advance so you can plan work and daily life.
Examinations for both partners and a joint U.S.–China consultation to define the treatment direction
Individualized medication and dynamic follicle monitoring to time retrieval precisely
Ultrasound-guided aspiration under intravenous anesthesia, with sperm collection the same day
ICSI fertilization, blastocyst culture and biopsy for testing when indicated
Scheduled frozen embryo transfer, with continued follow-up and guidance after returning home
Making complex procedures clear and listing everything you need to prepare for cross-border treatment.
